Job Description

The role involves leading regional and industry-specific product marketing strategies for Samsara's IoT platform, focusing on developing targeted messaging, launching solutions, and driving growth through cross-functional collaboration and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute audience-specific go-to-market (GTM) strategies based on regional and vertical insights
  • Create and unify positioning and messaging that reflect regional and industry priorities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop content and campaigns aimed at achieving bookings and pipeline goals
  • Lead regional and vertical-specific product launches, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and enablement
  • Identify key buyers and develop personas to understand their evaluation and decision-making processes
  • Create enablement content such as playbooks, battlecards, and presentations for field teams
  • Analyze market performance data to refine strategies and improve sales velocity

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in Product and/or Solutions Marketing, with a preference for B2B SaaS.
  • 5 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in management and development, with the ability to lead cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Customer-centric marketing approach with a focus on pipeline generation and acceleration, and a proven track record of reducing cognitive load for GTM teams and customers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical ideas into bold, strategic narratives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience integrating multiple offerings into a broader solution that creates additional value for buyers (Solution Mindset).
  • Experience managing regionally distributed teams or launching products in international markets such as EMEA or Mexico.
  • Experience marketing or selling into the Public Sector is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead without a playbook in a fast-moving, outcome-focused environment (Agility).
  • Legal right to work in the United States, with the ability to maintain such authorization for the duration of employment.

Annual Base Salary range: $148,400 - $265,000 USD
