Job Description
The Deal Support Training Manager is responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales support team, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the company's growth in complex sales processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions on systems, processes, and policies for Deal Support and Sales teams
- Design, develop, and maintain training content, documentation, and knowledge base articles in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on team performance
- Identify knowledge gaps and training needs by analyzing workflows and reviewing deals
- Manage multiple learning initiatives from planning to delivery and measurement
- Drive change management for process and system improvements within the Deal Support organization
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an enablement, training, or sales business operations role, with a focus on creating and delivering training for internal teams.
- Demonstrated skills leading engaging live or virtual learning experiences for technical and process-oriented topics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is required; understanding of the overall sales technology ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives from end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex processes and policies into clear, digestible training materials.
- Expert skills with facilitation and content creation tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.
- Salesforce CPQ Experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Training facilitation skills certification such as ATD Master Trainer or similar.
- Experience in a technical writing and/or instructional design role.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with Process Improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 to Native) and Spanish (C1 to Native).
