Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading the development and coordination of complex hardware products, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of innovative energy systems, specifically Rondo's heat battery technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program planning including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and schedule management
- Manage day-to-day program execution, track progress, identify risks, and maintain critical path
- Develop systems-level understanding of the Rondo Heat Battery and coordinate technical integration across teams
- Build alignment and facilitate collaboration among engineering, product, delivery, supply chain, and external partners
- Provide data-driven program updates to leadership and maintain dashboards, metrics, and risk reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- At least 6 years of technical program management or equivalent experience in hardware, energy systems, or complex industrial products.
- Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional development programs with multiple technical disciplines.
- Experience with scheduling and risk management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
