Project Manager

• Degree in an Engineering discipline; Mechanical, Chemical, or Structural preferred • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects (> 25 MUSD) on time and within budget. • In-depth knowledge of construction methods and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Previous international experience. • Experience in dealing with clients, contractors, utilities and local authorities. • Curious quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and able to independently drive projects. • Pro-active and initiative-taking. • Strong leadership, team/building, communication and negotiations skills. • Speak and write English fluently. Other languages would be a plus. • Flexible and adaptable with a "can-do" attitude. • Ability to work well under pressure.

• Private Healthcare (Alan Spain) This role will be hybrid, and based in Madrid Spain. Frequent travel is required.
