Job Description

A Founder in Residence program that supports exceptional technologists, scientists, and builders in launching innovative quantum startups in New Mexico, providing them with a fully funded, collaborative environment and access to cutting-edge quantum research facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 12-month residency program to develop and launch quantum startups in New Mexico.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in physics, engineering, fabrication, software, and market strategy.
  • Contribute to shaping the next generation of quantum companies through innovation and development.

Requirements

  • Participation in a 12-month, fully funded residency program designed to support launching groundbreaking quantum startups in New Mexico.
  • Ability to bring and demonstrate expertise in quantum-related fields, including physics, engineering, fabrication, software, or market strategy.
  • Experience or background in building or leading quantum technology companies or startups.
  • Capability to work within a state-of-the-art quantum lab environment with cross-functional teams spanning physics, engineering, fabrication, software, and market strategy.
  • Exceptional technologists, scientists, and builders from around the world are eligible, implying a requirement for relevant advanced degrees or equivalent experience in quantum science or engineering.
