The Chemical Process Engineer will play a key role in understanding, modeling, and optimizing reactive resin systems used in the on-site manufacturing of high-performance fiber-reinforced polymer composites for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and optimize the behavior of advanced reactive resin systems
Model polymerization kinetics of resin materials
Support process development for manufacturing high-performance FRPs
Conduct hands-on trials to validate hypotheses and improve resin performance
Requirements
Experience in understanding and optimizing the behavior of advanced reactive resin systems, including modeling polymerization kinetics.
Ability to support process development related to fiber-reinforced polymer composites (FRPs).
Experience in running hands-on trials to validate hypotheses and improve performance of resin systems.
Proficiency in modeling polymerization kinetics of reactive resin systems.
Educational background in chemical engineering, materials science, polymer chemistry, or a related field (implied by the technical nature of the role).
