• Lead full lifecycle project execution from pursuit and estimating through construction and closeout
• Manage design-build and engineer-led projects , coordinating closely with engineering, environmental, and field teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans
• Oversee project financial performance , including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Direct and coordinate field construction activities , superintendents, subcontractors, and self-perform crews
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, permitting requirements, and safety standards (OSHA)
• Manage change orders, claims avoidance, and contract administration
• Identify and mitigate project risks , including constructability and logistical challenges
• Lead client interactions , including public agencies, utilities, and private stakeholders
• Support business development efforts , including proposals, bid strategy, and client relationship growth
• Mentor and develop junior PMs, engineers, and field staff
• PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications
• Experience with water resources, dams, fish passage, river restoration, or hydraulic structures
• Background in design-build or alternative delivery methods (CMAR, progressive design-build)
• Advanced degree
