Job Description

The Regional Client Solutions Manager at RES leads a sales team to develop client relationships, drive strategic ecological restoration deals, and contribute to environmental sustainability efforts through market shaping, mentorship, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a regional sales team to deepen client relationships and expand the client base
  • Guide junior Client Solutions Managers through complex mitigation deals, including strategy and financial review
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to refine regional sales targets and evaluate progress
  • Present at industry events to educate partners and promote company differentiators
  • Review and ensure proposals, legal terms, and financial assumptions align with company risk tolerance
  • Identify and engage potential acquisition targets and prepare briefings for corporate leadership
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate strategic partnerships
  • Negotiate and review contracts with legal counsel to support deal-making

Requirements

  • Eight (8) years of experience in a related industry, with at least five (5) years in client-facing or deal-centric roles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring a team in sales or strategic partnerships
  • Deep understanding of environmental mitigation, ecological restoration, or related services
  • Fluency in financial analysis and deal structures, with the ability to navigate Go No-Go decisions and risk mitigation
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using CRM systems like Zoho
  • Experience crafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with legal counsel
  • Experience presenting at regional or national conferences
  • Ability to forecast bookings and translate them into revenue projections
