Job Description
The Requirements Integration Officer is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of requirements for critical IT projects, ensuring alignment with Agile practices, and serving as a key link between stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams to ensure successful mission-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and trace technical and business requirements for IT solutions projects
- Manage the full lifecycle of requirements to ensure alignment with mission objectives and Agile practices
- Serve as the primary link between stakeholders, end-users, and technical delivery teams
- Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to ensure clarity, compliance, and successful project delivery
Requirements
- Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, validating, and tracing technical and business requirements for IT solutions projects.
- Experience driving the full lifecycle of requirements management for critical IT solutions projects.
- Ability to ensure requirements are perfectly aligned with Agile development practices and mission objectives.
- Proficiency in using established tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements and ensure clarity and compliance.
- Demonstrated experience serving as the link between stakeholders, end-users, and technical delivery teams in mission-critical environments.
