Job Description
The Product Team Lead will oversee the development and delivery of advanced Condition-Based Maintenance solutions for the Department of Defense, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to improve mission readiness through innovative data, AI, and technology applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the discovery, validation, and delivery of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) capabilities.
- Serve as the liaison between users, customers, engineering teams, data science, program leadership, and stakeholders.
- Lead user discovery, define requirements, and validate hypotheses to shape the product roadmap.
- Develop and implement product strategy to improve mission readiness and operational outcomes.
- Drive the development of scalable, innovative solutions that leverage data, AI, and modern technology within DoD environments.
Requirements
- Experience as a seasoned technology leader with expertise in digital transformation, enterprise solution architecture, and AI-enabled sustainment operations within complex Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
- Proven ability to serve as the connective tissue between users, customers, engineering teams, data science, program leadership, and mission stakeholders.
- Experience leading user discovery, defining requirements, validating hypotheses, and shaping the product roadmap for complex technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in guiding the discovery, validation, and delivery of next-generation Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) capabilities.
- Ability to lead the development and execution of product strategy across multiple military organizations to ensure solutions deliver measurable impact to the warfighter.
- Strong understanding of how to design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that improve mission readiness and operational outcomes in a defense context.
- Experience in managing or leading teams responsible for digital transformation projects, enterprise architecture, and AI-enabled solutions within the Department of Defense or similar complex environments.
