Job Description
The Case Support Manager guides investigative personnel through technical, legal, and operational processes to deploy Computer Network Operations capabilities, supporting mission planning, coordination, and communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements
- Experience supporting investigative personnel through technical, legal, and operational requirements necessary to deploy Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
- Ability to support mission planning, authority validation, technical coordination, operational documentation, and communication across technical and non-technical leadership.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Capacity to translate complex technical processes into actionable guidance for a diverse set of mission partners.
