Requirements
- Full-Stack Application Development : Expertise in taking high-level, ambiguous business requirements, rapidly building Proofs of Concept (POCs), and continuously iterating them into robust, production-grade full-stack applications using modern programming tools.
- Backend Systems & High-Throughput Data : Experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling high-availability backend database systems capable of processing and storing massive, high-throughput manufacturing telemetry.
- Manufacturing Test & Hardware Engineering : Deep understanding of PCBA (L6) and system-level (L10) functional test strategies, hardware debugging, and lab instrumentation across compute and storage architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Communication : Proven skill in translating complex engineering concepts into clear technical documentation and aligning cross-functional partners across Hardware Design, Quality, and Operations to achieve shared goals.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
- Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
- This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
