The role involves supporting technical sales and partner enablement in the data storage industry by providing solution validation, technical guidance, and collaboration to drive customer success and business growth within a fast-paced, partner-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support technical sales execution and deal progression by collaborating with the TAE and partner SEs.
Provide technical validation, solution sizing, and design guidance to ensure accurate proposals and empower partners.
Create and present value reviews to communicate the benefits of Everpure's solutions to customers.
Maintain customer satisfaction through account management and strong relationships.
Build technical capabilities of partners through ongoing enablement, training, and resource sharing.
Serve as a technical advisor and troubleshooting resource for partners across the territory.
Promote and ensure effective use of sales tools and platforms to improve deal efficiency.
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, including partner SEs, DAMs, and PTMs.
Organize and support technical workshops, bootcamps, and enablement sessions.
Requirements
A strong foundation in enterprise infrastructure, storage technologies, and modern architectures, with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
Experience supporting technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution validation, sizing, and customer-facing engagements in a B2B technology environment within a partner landscape.
Proven ability to work effectively with channel partners, enabling their success while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships.
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering partners through training, tools, and shared best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and maintain structure in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changing customer and partner needs.
Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA, BE) is required.
4-6 years of B2B professional experience, preferably in systems engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience in enterprise storage or related infrastructure technologies.
Willingness to work aligned with the India region, operating from the office, with the ability to work from the Bangalore or Mumbai office.
Comfortable with a 5-day work week, including approximately 70% travel and 30% office-based work, with flexibility to relocate between Bangalore and Mumbai after an initial 6 months.
Fluency in English is required; additional regional language skills are preferred.
