The role involves supporting technical sales and partner enablement for enterprise storage solutions, acting as a technical advisor to ensure successful solution validation, design, and customer engagement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support technical sales execution and deal progression by collaborating with the TAE and partner SEs
Provide technical validation, sizing expertise, and review complex solution designs and proposals
Create and present value reviews to communicate the benefits of Everpure's solutions
Maintain customer satisfaction and build strong relationships through account management
Enable partners through ongoing technical training, tools, and resources
Serve as a technical advisor and troubleshooting resource for partners
Promote and ensure effective use of sales tools and platforms to improve deal efficiency
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and internal teams
Organize and support technical workshops, enablement sessions, and partner events
Collaborate on partner program initiatives and track partner performance
Requirements
A strong foundation in enterprise infrastructure, storage technologies, and modern architectures, with the ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
Experience supporting technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution validation, sizing, and customer-facing engagements in a B2B technology environment within a partner landscape.
Proven ability to work effectively with channel partners, enabling their success while driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences and build trusted relationships.
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering partners through training, tools, and shared best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across teams, and maintain structure in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly to changing customer and partner needs.
Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA, BE) is required.
4-6 years of B2B professional experience, preferably in systems engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
Experience in enterprise storage or related infrastructure technologies.
Fluency in English is required.
Willingness to work in the ANZ shift from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST, in an office environment in Bangalore or Mumbai.
Comfortable with a 5-day work week, including approximately 50% travel and 50% office-based work.
