The role involves selling data storage solutions to mid-market accounts within a designated territory, focusing on building relationships, developing account strategies, and closing business through direct sales and channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sell products directly through an inside sales environment to meet sales targets and quotas
Develop and execute account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners
Build and maintain channel relationships to generate sales opportunities and close deals
Prospect into new accounts, reach decision-makers, and close business
Develop and present proposals demonstrating the value of Everpure solutions to customers
Manage sales pipeline, focus on conversion success, and provide accurate sales forecasts
Requirements
A proven track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business in a B2B technology sales environment.
Experience working in or understanding sales channel selling models.
Demonstrated achievement in expanding business within key accounts and target accounts, including prospecting and closing business.
Recognition for building business relationships, solving complex problems for customers, and developing a book of business.
Completion of business value selling (BVS) training or other relevant B2B sales training systems.
A desire to work the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Ability to develop account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
Experience developing channel relationships that bring sales and technical resources to opportunities.
Ability to develop and present proposals that demonstrate the ability of the solution to meet customer business objectives and justify the sale.
Strong pipeline management skills with a focus on conversion success and delivering an accurate sales forecast.
Willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Chicago office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
