As a Technical Services Engineer Representative at Everpure, you will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis will include hardware, software, and environmental factors within our Product lines. Our Support Engineers utilize their deep technical expertise to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them. Ability to perform implementation work such as Software and Hardware upgrades and RMA dispatch. Our culture is built on Persistence, Creativity, Teamwork, Ownership, and Customer First. • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues across all severity levels using collaboration and troubleshooting best practices.
• Proactively understand customer requirements and expectations to deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner across all interactions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles and FAQs for both internal and customer facing use.
• Manage multiple support cases and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Act as a customer advocate by driving issues internally and representing the company externally.
• Collaborate within a team environment, contributing to shared goals while continuously learning and growing.
• Participate in weekend, public holiday, and on call support rotations as required.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and bring enthusiasm to your work.
• Work primarily from the Bangalore office in alignment with company policies, unless on approved leave, travel, or remote exceptions.
• Hands on experience in customer facing roles and/or technical support environments.
• Workdays include weekends, with an expectation to adapt to rotational shift schedules within a 24/7 support environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid technical aptitude with attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
