Job Description
This role involves leading talent acquisition strategies for high-impact sales positions across the APJ region, managing stakeholder relationships, mentoring recruitment teams, and driving sourcing and process excellence to build high-performing sales teams that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-impact sales and go-to-market roles across APJ.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with senior business leaders to align hiring with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for quota-carrying sales professionals, pre-sales engineers, and specialists.
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers to meet hiring targets and improve candidate experience.
- Oversee proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and competitor analysis, to build sales talent pipelines.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring decisions and competitive positioning.
- Ensure recruitment processes are consistent, data-driven, and utilize ATS/CRM best practices.
Requirements
- 15 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years of experience in managing teams in the APJ region.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for senior and quota-carrying sales roles.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management with senior leaders across multiple APJ countries.
- Prior experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters and sourcers.
- Deep understanding of the APJ talent market, hiring practices, and cultural nuances.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with a strong data-driven approach, including recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems such as Greenhouse and Gem.
