Proven ability to manage infrastructure through code, utilizing Linux proficiency and scripting in Python and Shell to build Ansible-driven deployment and monitoring solutions.
Extensive experience configuring data center firewalls, load balancers, and network zones to maintain robust security postures across complex lab and production environments.
A track record of leading scoped technical workstreams independently from initial design and capacity planning to incident response and high-stakes data center migrations.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in Data Center Engineering or related areas.
At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, data center networking, or related roles.
Experience designing and deploying high-performance spine-leaf fabrics, including end-to-end design and implementation of Clos spine-leaf data center fabrics.
Experience with BGP EVPN VXLAN and VRF-based segmentation to provide secure, scalable connectivity for data center environments.
Ability to develop and maintain automated workflows using Ansible, Python, and ZTP, integrating network provisioning into compute and PDU commissioning workflows.
Experience supporting data center migrations, including rack pod turn-ups, structured cabling verification, and tenant testbed migration coordination.
Ability to onboard devices into network management systems and manage the full lifecycle of Layer 2 and Layer 3 incidents to ensure 24/7 operational reliability.
Experience serving as a senior resource for NetDevOps practices, mentoring junior engineers, and defining documentation standards, runbooks, and topologies for global network operations.
