As the Sr. Manager, People Analytics at Everpure, you will spearhead the evolution of our global workforce data strategy into a predictive, AI-enhanced powerhouse. You will champion organizational effectiveness by transforming raw employee lifecycle data into compelling operational narratives that directly influence executive decision-making. Partnering closely with HR leadership, Finance, and IT, you will build and scale a trusted self-service analytics ecosystem that drives proactive talent strategies and sets a new industry standard for data-driven workforce planning.
• Architect Predictive Analytics Solutions: Design, scale, and automate executive dashboards and self-service analytics frameworks that shift our HR strategy from retrospective reporting to forward-looking, predictive forecasting.
• Drive AI-Enabled Optimization: Identify and implement advanced analytics models and automation tools to streamline repetitive workflows, accelerate insight generation, and significantly decrease time-to-insight for HR and business partners.
• Govern Global Workforce Data Excellence: Establish and enforce unified metric definitions, data governance policies, and quality standards across all regional HR platforms to ensure a single, trusted source of truth.
• Influence Executive Talent Decisions: Translate complex data landscapes into clear, actionable executive narratives that pinpoint trends in retention, hiring efficacy, and employee engagement, directly driving global leadership interventions.
• Partner Cross-Functionally for Scale: Lead collaborative initiatives with IT, Finance, and Total Rewards to seamlessly integrate the HR data ecosystem with broader enterprise platforms, maximizing organizational visibility and alignment.
• On-Site Collaboration: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Office - CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
• Advanced Data Synthesis & Strategy: Demonstrated ability to dissect complex, multi-layered workforce data structures and synthesize them into high-impact business strategies and automated data products.
• Technological Innovation & AI Fluency: Proven experience identifying opportunities for automated workflow optimization and leveraging advanced analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or data ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Workday, Visier) to scale operations.
• Strategic Influence & Storytelling: Mastery in converting deep statistical findings into intuitive, executive-ready narratives that align multiple matrixed business units toward centralized strategic outcomes.
• Agile Prioritization & Governance: A sharp focus on business impact with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize high-value initiatives in rapidly shifting environments while maintaining strict adherence to international data privacy practices.
