Job Description
A security-minded software engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, reliable, and secure storage system features for FlashArray products, working primarily in a team-oriented, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, reliable security features for FlashArray products from concept to deployment
- Analyze and resolve complex security-related problems to enhance product security
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative algorithms and technologies for storage systems
Requirements
- Experience working with a systems programming language such as C, Java, Python, or similar.
- A natural curiosity, demonstrated design sensibility, and enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience in any systems software domain, which may include distributed systems, operating systems, Linux kernel, database internals, hypervisors, containers, compiler optimization, or related areas.
- Experience with security technologies such as encryption, network security, or application security is considered a strong advantage.
- Willingness and ability to work in an open office environment.
- The candidate must work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
