Job Description
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining innovative features for high-performance, reliable data storage systems on FlashBlade and FlashArray platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and drive the future of all-flash array technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain features for Object product on FlashBlade and FlashArray platforms.
- Take ownership of features throughout their lifecycle, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain data transmission protocols and handle internal data storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Design and implement algorithms for high-performance, reliable systems.
- Analyze and solve complex system challenges with scalable solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in languages such as Java, Golang, or C.
- Ensure features meet product goals and customer outcomes through full ownership from design to delivery.
Requirements
- Proficiency in building and maintaining large-scale, high-performance systems using languages such as Java, Golang, and/or C.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and reliable code that scales.
- Ability to take full ownership of complex features or components, from design through delivery, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability that align with product goals and customer outcomes.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to break down complex distributed or low-level system challenges and design thoughtful, scalable solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with peers in engineering, product, and operations to drive shared success and deliver tangible results for customers.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset, seeking out new technologies, challenging assumptions, and bringing forward creative ideas that move the product and team forward.
- Work in an in-office environment at the Prague office, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
