Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
Architect and implement REST, SOAP, and webhook-based integrations using ServiceNow tools.
Manage and optimize AWS integrations and automations, ensuring stability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom scripting.
Create and manage data synchronization, Transform Maps, and integration configurations.
Perform testing, deployment, and quality assurance of integrations using tools like ATF, Postman, and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, investigate root causes, and implement fixes.
Document integration patterns, API designs, system dependencies, and architecture diagrams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards, improve integration reliability, and ensure security compliance.
Mentor developers on integration best practices and stay current with industry trends in cloud and integration technologies.
Requirements
Deep integration expertise with hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, and third-party platforms, including REST, SOAP, webhook, event-driven, and data synchronization integrations.
Proficiency in building and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, custom Script Includes, Transform Maps, Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs, and custom API endpoints.
Experience with designing secure authentication and authorization flows such as SSO, OAuth 2.0, and JWT for integrated systems.
Strong expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, including authentication and token management.
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining AWS integrations and automations, leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, and S3, with a solid understanding of IAM principles, network security, and cost optimization strategies.
Experience with managing version control systems like GitHub and implementing CI/CD automation pipelines for deployment and testing, including secrets management tools.
Proficiency in testing and quality assurance using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Postman, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and adherence to integration standards.
Ability to troubleshoot integration issues, investigate root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
Experience documenting integration patterns, API designs, system dependencies, architecture diagrams, and configuration records for ongoing manageability.
Strong technical skills in JavaScript for ServiceNow development and scripting; familiarity with TypeScript and Node.js is a plus.
Familiarity with integration tools such as Boomi, Reltio, SnapLogic, or similar platforms.
At least 3 years of professional experience in integration development, architecture, or related roles.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring high-quality integration solutions across the organization.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor others on integration best practices.
Ability to work onsite from the Prague, Czech Republic office in accordance with company policies.
