Job Description
The Operational Resilience Specialist at Everpure supports and manages the day-to-day operations of the company's Operational Resilience program, ensuring effective documentation, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement to enhance organizational resilience and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Operational Resilience Program Managers in executing core program activities and maintaining project plans and trackers.
- Maintain and improve resilience documentation, templates, SOPs, and records for consistency and audit readiness.
- Track and report program KPIs, risks, issues, and corrective actions through dashboards and summaries.
- Coordinate inputs for impact assessments, disaster recovery planning, and related resilience activities.
- Organize and support tabletop exercises, simulations, and preparedness activities, capturing lessons learned and follow-up actions.
- Administer and ensure data quality in resilience and GRC tools such as Riskonnect, Fusion, ServiceNow, or Jira.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, resolve dependencies, and promote timely program execution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve tracking, and enhance operational efficiency at scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program operations, business operations, operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, GRC, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain high-quality documentation, and drive follow-through across teams.
- Experience with metrics, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis, including the ability to turn operational data into clear status reporting and actionable insights.
- Comfort supporting structured programs with recurring processes, governance routines, issue tracking, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting or administering program tools such as Riskonnect, Fusion, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar workflow resilience GRC platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with resilience, risk, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, FFIEC, or similar standards is preferred.
- Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, templates, runbooks, and audit-ready documentation is preferred.
- A process-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to support or coordinate operational resilience activities including core program activities, documentation, metrics tracking, assessments, exercises, tooling, and cross-functional coordination.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
