A ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement automated workflows within ServiceNow to streamline manual processes.
Design and develop functional workflows, business rules, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Lead end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules, ensuring performance and security standards.
Identify system issues through root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to maintain platform stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize technical designs and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
A proven track record of at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies, alongside hands-on implementation experience in at least one core product: ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM.
Proficiency in managing complex data migrations and building robust integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs and Transform Maps.
Ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical roadmaps, managing multiple high-priority deliverables while maintaining a focus on system maintainability and high-quality documentation.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with global stakeholders and provide technical reviews that elevate the collective output of the development team.
Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
