Job Description
A ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement automated workflows within ServiceNow to streamline manual processes.
- Design and develop functional workflows, business rules, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of platform enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules, ensuring performance and security standards.
- Identify system issues through root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to maintain platform stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize technical designs and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- A proven track record of at least 3 years as a ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies, alongside hands-on implementation experience in at least one core product: ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM.
- Proficiency in managing complex data migrations and building robust integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs and Transform Maps.
- Ability to translate abstract business requirements into technical roadmaps, managing multiple high-priority deliverables while maintaining a focus on system maintainability and high-quality documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively partner with global stakeholders and provide technical reviews that elevate the collective output of the development team.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
