Job Description
A Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for leading the development and strategy of enterprise data recovery solutions, focusing on disaster recovery, cyber resilience, and business continuity, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with customers to deliver resilient, enterprise-grade products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of product strategy and roadmap for enterprise application and data recovery solutions.
- Define and validate product performance metrics such as RTO and RPO across various recovery scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX, and customer teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements and optimize recovery workflows.
- Create technical deliverables including requirements documents, architectural diagrams, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demos, and content to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with customers to understand recovery pain points and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
- Navigate high-stakes customer incidents, triage issues, and drive resolution.
- Influence product features and priorities based on customer feedback and technical validation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, solutions architecture, engineering, or technical pre-sales.
- Solid technical understanding of storage infrastructure in enterprise data centers, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams and translate technical topics into clear product direction.
- Skilled in systems thinking to assess the root causes of application downtime and data loss across compute, storage, virtualization, and networking layers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly explain complex workflows and value propositions.
- Proven ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to quickly learn new technologies.
- Innovative problem-solver with a passion for product simplification.
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies (if applicable).

Salary range: 181,000 - 272,000 USD annually
