The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and building pipelines of high-impact sales talent to support the company's long-term growth, utilizing creative and data-informed strategies in a high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage candidates for GSO roles across the AMER region, building and maintaining top-of-funnel pipelines.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels including networks, alumni groups, diversity organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and conduct initial assessments to evaluate fit.
Serve as an ambassador by providing an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
Collaborate with distributed teams across time zones to ensure alignment and achievement of hiring goals.
Requirements
7 years of sourcing experience, ideally within a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
Proven ability to build pipelines for technical, product, or engineering-adjacent roles.
Strong understanding of passive candidate engagement and long-cycle sourcing strategies.
Natural curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new domains and translate that knowledge into effective talent assessments.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise recruiters and hiring managers.
Excellent prioritization and self-management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
Experience working collaboratively across teams and time zones while maintaining strong communication and accountability.
Ability to proactively source and engage candidates for Global Sales Organization roles across the AMER region, with a focus on building and maintaining top-of-funnel pipelines.
Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies using a mix of traditional and non-traditional channels, including professional networks, alumni groups, diversity-focused organizations, events, referrals, and social platforms.
Ability to partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, sourcing priorities, and pipeline health.
Experience engaging passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach and conducting initial assessments to evaluate alignment with role requirements and competencies.
Ability to serve as an ambassador for the company by delivering an inclusive, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.
Ability to provide market insights and recommendations related to talent availability, competitive landscape, and sourcing feasibility.
Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date data in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools to support reporting and sourcing effectiveness.
Willingness to work from the local office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
