Job Description
This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI and automation solutions, including multi-agent systems and enterprise integrations, to enhance data storage and enterprise platform capabilities at Pure Storage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, orchestration services, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Build and deploy AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern software engineering practices
- Implement agentic workflows within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Glean, and related systems
- Develop multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and vector database integrations for accurate, context-aware experiences
- Integrate and orchestrate enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Snowflake, Boomi, internal APIs) to automate processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with platform, data, and application teams to define standards and patterns for AI and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python and at least one additional language such as Java or Go.
- Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Snowflake, Boomi, Workday, Salesforce, or similar.
- Practical experience with agentic AI applications, including large language models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, or tool agent integrations with enterprise APIs.
- Experience developing robust integrations and APIs to extend platform capabilities and enable end-to-end automation.
- Ability to design and develop agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, orchestration services, and integrations with enterprise systems.
- Experience building and deploying AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern software engineering practices such as testing, observability, and CI/CD.
- Experience implementing agentic workflows within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Glean, and related systems.
- Experience developing multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and vector database integrations to deliver accurate, context-aware experiences.
- Experience integrating and orchestrating enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Snowflake, Boomi, internal APIs to drive automation and process efficiency.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
