Senior Security Engineering Manager

As the Senior Manager of Security Engineering, you will lead and scale our high-performing security engineering team in Prague, serving as a critical pillar within Everpure’s Global Information Security Office (GISO). This role combines strategic technical leadership and people management to operationalize security at a global scale through an automation-first philosophy. You will act independently to determine engineering methods and procedures, driving the evolution of security infrastructure from discovery through execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional leadership in Security Architecture, Security Operations, and core Product Engineering, your mission is to embed seamless, automated security controls directly into Everpure’s core development and infrastructure workflows.

• Proven Engineering Leadership: Proven ability to manage, inspire, and scale technical teams while institutionalizing software engineering principles like rigorous code quality, continuous testing, and automation-first development. • Cross-Functional Product Execution: Demonstrated experience driving complex, multi-organizational product features and security initiatives from inception to global deployment by successfully influencing distributed, cross-functional engineering teams. • Deep Security & Infrastructure Acumen: Advanced engineering capability navigating platform security across enterprise Linux environments, public/hybrid cloud architectures, container orchestration (such as Kubernetes), and full-stack defense layers (SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management). • Architectural Fluency & Business Acumen: Exceptional technical depth required to lead complex design reviews and earn the trust of principal engineers, paired with the commercial mindset needed to articulate security risk trade-offs clearly to business executives. • Systemic Analytical Engineering: Masterful ability to deconstruct ambiguous assignments, design resilient multi-tenant integrations, and spearhead foundational processes that structurally elevate global corporate resilience. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. #LI-ONSITE
