Job Description
The Sales Finance Manager oversees financial planning and analysis for the company's global Go-To-Market organization, managing large operating expenses, providing strategic insights to executives, and leading a team to drive scalable growth and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize $1B in operating expenses across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, focusing on headcount and commissions.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior executives to influence business decisions.
- Build and refine financial models, analytics, and forecasts to guide investment strategies and resource allocation.
- Lead and develop a team of 10 finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices to improve data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in financial planning analysis, including headcount modeling, OPEX management, and GTM-related commissions.
- Proven ability to turn financial data into compelling, executive-ready stories that influence business strategy.
- Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to balance operational rigor and strategic vision.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar.
- SQL database skills are a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage with executives across global locations.
- Ability to manage and optimize nearly 1 billion dollars in operating expenses across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with a focus on headcount and commission planning.
- Experience delivering strategic insights and recommendations to senior executives to shape decisions and outcomes.
- Ability to build and refine models, analytics, and forecasts to guide investment strategies and resource allocation.
- Willingness to work primarily in-office at the Prague location in accordance with company policies.
