The role involves designing, managing, and evolving a technical sales onboarding program to prepare new Systems Engineers, Specialists, and Architects for success, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design, manage, and evolve the Technical Sales Onboarding program
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and HR to align the program with business goals
Oversee development and delivery of training curriculum and certification
Manage program enrollment and communications with participants and stakeholders
Measure and report on program effectiveness and business impact
Facilitate live onboarding sessions and coach new hires
Requirements
Experience managing strategic enablement programs, with a proven track record of designing, managing, and continuously evolving onboarding or training programs for technical sales teams.
Strong understanding of technical sales roles and the journey from hire to field readiness.
Experience working with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Human Resources, and Enablement teams to align programs with business priorities and performance expectations.
Experience overseeing the development and delivery of program curricula, including self-paced training, hands-on workshops, technical training, and certification, in collaboration with curriculum development teams.
Ability to manage program enrollment and orchestrate all program-related communications to participants, managers, stakeholders, and key contributors, ensuring clear and timely messaging.
Ability to define and measure program reach, effectiveness, and impact using key business metrics, and analyze performance data to report to stakeholders.
Experience facilitating live sessions and coaching new hires through onboarding experiences.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport, collaborate, motivate, influence, and advise indirect staff.
Strong team-oriented leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
Experience working with Instructional Designers and Sales Enablement systems.
Physical ability and willingness to work primarily in an in-office environment at the OFFICE_LOCATION, in compliance with company policies.
Possession of PMP certification is a plus.
