Job Description
This role involves developing and leading global enablement strategies for a distributor network in the data storage industry, focusing on training, solution adoption, and driving partner success to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, build, and lead the global enablement strategy for Pure's distributor network.
- Design and execute the comprehensive enablement roadmap aligned with go-to-market priorities.
- Develop Train-the-Trainer content and delivery playbooks to empower distributor teams.
- Create and maintain high-value enablement assets such as workshops, eLearning modules, and enablement packs.
- Measure program success through KPIs and optimize enablement initiatives based on performance data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure distributors are equipped to drive business and adopt key tools.
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of the two-tier channel model and partner ecosystems, with proven experience designing and executing enablement programs for distributors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and business concepts such as enterprise storage, data management, and cloud hybrid architectures into structured, actionable, and audience-specific enablement programs.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact, virtual, and in-person train-the-trainer sessions to a global audience.
- Strong structured program management capabilities and the proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical, Product, and Marketing.
- Ability to apply an analytical mindset to link enablement outcomes such as content consumption and certifications directly to measurable business performance such as pipeline and revenue contribution.
- Willingness to work from the Staines, UK office in an in-office environment in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
