Job Description
This role involves developing and leading the global enablement strategy for a distributor network in the data storage industry, focusing on training, solution adoption, and driving partner success to accelerate market growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, build, and lead the global enablement strategy for Pure's distributor network.
- Design and execute the worldwide Distributor Program enablement roadmap.
- Develop Train-the-Trainer content and delivery playbooks to empower distributor teams.
- Create and maintain high-value enablement assets such as workshops, eLearning modules, and enablement packs.
- Measure program success through KPIs and optimize the enablement initiatives accordingly.
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of the two-tier channel model and partner ecosystems, with proven experience designing and executing enablement programs for distributors.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and business concepts (e.g., enterprise storage, data management, cloud hybrid architectures) into structured, actionable, and audience-specific enablement programs.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact, virtual, and in-person train-the-trainer sessions to a global audience.
- Strong structured program management capabilities and the proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical, Product, and Marketing.
- Ability to apply an analytical mindset to link enablement outcomes (e.g., content consumption, certifications) directly to measurable business performance (e.g., pipeline, revenue contribution).
- Willingness to work from the Staines, UK office in an in-office environment, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
