1. On-site Escalation and Issue Resolution
• Serve as the primary on-site escalation point of contact between Kingston and EverPure, ensuring rapid resolution of urgent operational issues. • Facilitate swift problem-solving across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and vendor teams.
2. Stakeholder and Communication Management
• Act as the central communication hub for internal stakeholders, clients, employees, and external vendors.
• Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication channels to ensure alignment and issue transparency.
3. Daily Operations Management
• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for Kingston Taiwan, ensuring stable production output and operational readiness.
• Ensure availability of technical support and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing.
4. On-site Project and Program Management
• Lead on-site project execution, track milestones, monitor progress against goals, and ensure timely delivery of project commitments.
• Review and approve project plans and operational proposals.
5. Strategic Planning & Business Execution
• Lead on-site strategic planning, contributing to long-term business objectives and operational strategy.
• Develop and implement supply chain and operational strategies to improve performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
6. Procurement & Supplier Management
• Act as the on-site leader for procurement and supplier engagement.
• Support sourcing of raw materials, supplier evaluation, vendor issue resolution, and CM coordination.
• Ensure suppliers meet quality, delivery, and commercial expectations.
7. Operations Oversight & Process Improvement
• Ensure smooth production flow and operational efficiency across the site.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, Just-In-Time).
• Optimize processes to reduce waste, shorten lead times, and improve service levels.
8. Risk Management
• Identify operational risks including supplier constraints, logistics bottlenecks, and manufacturing disruptions.
• Develop, execute, and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
9. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations, supply chain performance, production, and supplier health.
• Prepare and deliver business performance updates to senior leadership.
10. Leadership, Team Development, & Collaboration
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain and operational professionals.
• Foster collaboration across technical teams, SCM, CMs, and external partners.
• Build strong working relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
11. Compliance, Quality, and Safety Oversight
• Ensure all on-site operations comply with company policies, legal requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, business management, or manufacturing operations; 3–5+ years in a leadership role. • Strong experience with supplier management, contract manufacturing environments, and cross-functional operational leadership. • Proven track record of managing production environments, solving escalations, and leading end-to-end operations. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Experience with ERP systems and advanced operational reporting. • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence at multiple levels.
Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Operations). • Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or hardware manufacturing environments. • Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification. • Experience working with international suppliers and cross-cultural teams. • Strong financial acumen related to supply chain cost, budgeting, and business operations.
