Job Description

The Lead Architect will be responsible for designing and guiding the development of a scalable, secure, and high-performing platform for Partner Intelligence, focusing on data architecture, integration, and modernization to support partner growth and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and evolve a scalable, secure, and flexible architecture for Partner Intelligence
Establish standards and best practices for data, integration, and code quality
Review and validate technical designs for consistency and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems and integrations
Work with product management to plan delivery and technical milestones
Oversee UX and front-end evolution to support new use cases
Optimize platform performance for speed, scalability, and partner adoption
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams

Requirements

12 years in software engineering or architecture, including experience with large-scale SaaS or analytics platforms
Expertise in modern web and data architectures such as Salesforce Platform, Snowflake, React, Node.js, Tableau CRMA, AWS, or similar technologies
Strong understanding of API-driven integration, data modeling, and performance optimization
Experience leading distributed or vendor-based development teams
Proven ability to balance technical depth with business impact and roadmap execution
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-alignment skills
Ability to design and evolve a scalable, secure, and flexible architecture for Partner Intelligence
Ability to define standards and establish best practices for data, integration, and code quality across contractors and internal development teams
Experience reviewing and validating technical designs to ensure consistency and maintainability across releases
Experience collaborating with Data Engineering, IAM teams, and integrating with systems like Partner Central, Incentive Management, and CPQ
Experience collaborating with Product Managers on delivery plans and technical milestones
Experience overseeing UX and front-end evolution as the platform expands to new use cases
Ability to optimize performance for speed, scalability, and partner adoption
Experience providing technical direction to contractors and coaching teams on scalable architecture patterns
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies
