Senior Golang Engineer

As a Senior Go Developer, you will design and deliver core platform capabilities that help organizations discover, classify, and protect sensitive data across complex environments. You will work on highly scalable backend systems, collaborating with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to solve challenging technical problems where performance, resilience, and precision matter. • Design and build software that discovers, classifies, and safeguards sensitive data across diverse environments and platforms. • Lead the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of platform capabilities. • Develop reliable, scalable, and high-performing backend systems designed for complex, real-world operating environments. • Extend platform capabilities by integrating new data sources, storage systems, and services. • Solve engineering challenges related to scale, concurrency, performance, reliability, and security. • Contribute to engineering quality through thoughtful design, testing, code reviews, and operational excellence. • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that address customer needs and business objectives. • Contribute to technical direction and continuously improve platform architecture, development practices, and engineering standards. • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

• Experience developing software in Golang. • Experience building backend or distributed systems that operate reliably at scale. • Understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, fault tolerance, and system reliability. • Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Experience delivering solutions from design through production deployment and ongoing support. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering and cross-functional teams. • Curiosity, pragmatism, and a continuous improvement mindset.
