We’re hiring a Senior Finance Manager to be the dedicated finance partner for Evergreen Subscriptions.
This is a high-ownership role at the center of Everpure's Evergreen Subscriptions and Renewals business with direct exposure to Sales and CX leadership and real influence over how the business grows and operates. You'll own the financial planning, analytics, and operational insight for Renewals; translating bookings, revenue, and subscription data into clear recommendations that help Sales and CX leaders make better decisions.
• Forecasting & Planning: Own the full planning cycle for Renewals including bookings forecast, AOP, and workforce planning to surface risks and opportunities proactively, and lead the results review with Sales leadership.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence for bookings and revenue. Drive reporting improvements across the Renewals process; defining the right input and output measures, building early warning indicators for at-risk renewals, and creating the visibility that turns risk identification into proactive action.
• Own quote review governance — setting the quality bar for approvals and tracking the metrics that measure decision speed and accuracy.
• Drive process and automation infrastructure roadmap with Subscription Operations to improve quote velocity; enabling fast, accountable decisions at scale.
• Drive and influence Renewals deal structure on strategic enterprise agreements by partnering with Deals Desk and Sales to optimize terms, pricing, and contract economics.
• Lead cross-functional work with Sales, Sales Ops, Deals Desk, IT, and Accounting - driving planning alignment, improving forecasting accuracy, and delivering systems and process improvements that reduce friction and scale the business.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
• Significant experience in FP&A, GTM Finance or business finance with a strong preference for supporting a Subscriptions or Renewals organization.
• Demonstrated success operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the problem is not always well defined upfront.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytics skills, with a track record of turning analysis into decisions and outcomes.
• Intellectual curiosity and a builder's mindset to dive deep to understand root cause and current process and drive effective changes that scale.
• Experience building scalable reporting, dashboards, and automated processes that improve business visibility and reduce manual work.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across multiple teams and drive work forward without relying on formal authority alone.
• Sound controllership instincts, including attention to data integrity, risk identification, and process discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for senior audiences.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce/CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau or similar systems.
• A high bar for ownership, pace, and follow-through.
