Job Description

The role involves developing and executing strategic partnerships and influence within the AI startup ecosystem and cloud providers to establish Everpure as a standard data layer for AI infrastructure, focusing on high-impact collaborations, ecosystem orchestration, and product influence in the AI and cloud storage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Establish architectural mandates by building partnerships with C-suite and engineering leaders at AI startups to integrate Everpure into their reference architecture.
Collaborate with Neocloud ecosystem providers to integrate Everpure into GPU-as-a-Service offerings and create seamless storage solutions.
Position Everpure as the preferred choice for large-scale AI deployments by outmaneuvering niche storage competitors.
Serve as a strategic conduit between the AI startup ecosystem and internal product teams to influence product evolution for extreme-scale AI training requirements.

Requirements

Proven ability to navigate and influence the AI startup landscape in San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle, as well as Neocloud provider networks, to secure high-impact, lighthouse partnerships.
Deep understanding of AI infrastructure, including NVIDIA architectures, RDMA RoCE fabrics, and the critical role of metadata performance in high-frequency AI training and inference.
Demonstrated success in executing complex, non-traditional business development motions that shift market perception and drive large-scale infrastructure adoption through strategic influence rather than high-volume transactions.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently, acting as a facilitator between external executive stakeholders and internal engineering teams to resolve complex architectural challenges.
Experience in building deep-rooted partnerships with C-suite and Engineering leaders at high-growth AI startups to get Everpure written into their Standard Reference Architecture, ensuring our technology is a non-negotiable requirement for their production environments.
Experience in collaborating with the Neocloud ecosystem (e.g., CoreWeave, Lambda) to integrate Everpure as a first-class citizen within their GPU-as-a-Service offerings, creating seamless bring-your-own-storage paths for customers.
Ability to outmaneuver niche storage players by positioning the reliability, power efficiency, and Evergreen model of the Everpure Platform as the only sustainable choice for large-scale LLM and RAG deployments.
Experience serving as a strategic conduit between the AI startup ecosystem and internal AI HPC product teams to ensure the product roadmap anticipates and addresses the extreme-scale requirements of emerging AI training loops.
