Job Description

A senior leadership role responsible for designing, executing, and managing the North America sales programs and strategies at Celonis, including team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and driving revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the end-to-end NAM sales program portfolio, including operating model, segmentation framework, and execution roadmap.
  • Create and deploy structured onboarding, ramp, and coaching journeys for Account Executives and Managers based on segment and industry.
  • Lead, coach, and align regional Program Managers while executing high-priority initiatives and solving complex execution problems.
  • Drive impact on pipeline health, deal quality, and win rates by diagnosing gaps and deploying targeted interventions in collaboration with Sales Leaders.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Enablement, Value Engineering, Strategy, and Marketing to ensure program readiness and adoption.
  • Define KPIs and governance models, and provide executive reports on program adoption, execution quality, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or GTM leadership within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in a player-coach model, capable of leading a team while actively designing and delivering programs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions, account segmentation, forecasting, and frontline manager cadence.
  • Experience designing segment-specific sales plays and continuous learning journeys.
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work effectively across different teams and functions.
  • Experience working with Value Engineering Presales is strongly preferred.
