Job Description
The job involves full lifecycle application development, focusing on designing, developing, operating, and maintaining mission-critical processing services with an emphasis on security and compliance. Candidates will collaborate with peers to innovate and handle customer information while utilizing modern backend programming languages and cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mission critical processing services with a focus on security and compliance
- Experiment with new technologies to innovate secure and cost-effective data handling solutions
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify requirements and transition solutions from design to production
- Focus on design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration/deployment
Requirements
- 5 years of professional work experience designing, implementing and testing various product components.
- Proficient knowledge of modern backend programming languages including Python, Java, and Golang, with enthusiasm to learn other programming languages.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and launching software products.
- Experience with cloud applications including AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud networking infrastructure and SQL.
- Proven design sensibility and the willingness to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing and able to work in an open office, team environment in Prague, Czech Republic.
