As a Security Product Manager for FlashArray, you will be the primary architect of the security posture for Everpure’s flagship storage platform. You will lead the strategy for hardening our infrastructure, navigating the complex landscape of global compliance, and building “secure-by-design” features that protect the world’s most sensitive data. Collaborating with the CTO office and Engineering, you will transform rigorous security standards into a high-performance competitive advantage that wins the trust of enterprise and government customers.
• Deep Security Domain Expertise: Advanced technical command of encryption standards, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP), and authorization frameworks, with a proven ability to apply these to enterprise storage or distributed systems.
• Regulatory Acumen: Deep familiarity with global security regulations and frameworks (NIST, EU Cybersecurity Act, PCI-DSS) and the ability to navigate the certification process for enterprise-grade hardware and software.
• Strategic Product Leadership: A consistent track record of developing security visions and execution plans at scale, balancing the “friction” of security with the need for high-performance user experiences.
• Executive Influence: Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of leading cross-functional teams through high-stakes security incidents or complex architectural shifts.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
