This role involves supporting and optimizing subscription sales processes, automating workflows, and providing data-driven insights to help scale and improve the company's subscription services in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the scaling of subscription services, including Evergreen offerings
Manage and improve subscription renewal processes using automation
Optimize subscription-related sales processes and models
Collaborate with Engineering and IT to identify and implement automation opportunities
Translate complex business requirements into streamlined processes and system specifications
Develop and manage roadmaps for process and tool enhancements
Implement process and automation improvements within the sales organization
Utilize reporting and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment
Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
