Job Description
This role involves supporting and optimizing subscription sales processes, automating workflows, and providing data-driven insights to help scale and improve the company's subscription services in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the scaling of subscription services, including Evergreen offerings
- Manage and improve subscription renewal processes using automation
- Optimize subscription-related sales processes and models
- Collaborate with Engineering and IT to identify and implement automation opportunities
- Translate complex business requirements into streamlined processes and system specifications
- Develop and manage roadmaps for process and tool enhancements
- Implement process and automation improvements within the sales organization
- Utilize reporting and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
- Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment
- Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
- A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
