Job Description

This role involves supporting and optimizing subscription sales processes, automating workflows, and providing data-driven insights to help scale and improve the company's subscription services in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the scaling of subscription services, including Evergreen offerings
  • Manage and improve subscription renewal processes using automation
  • Optimize subscription-related sales processes and models
  • Collaborate with Engineering and IT to identify and implement automation opportunities
  • Translate complex business requirements into streamlined processes and system specifications
  • Develop and manage roadmaps for process and tool enhancements
  • Implement process and automation improvements within the sales organization
  • Utilize reporting and analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
  • Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment
  • Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
  • A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
