Job Description

The role involves developing new business and promoting innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets within the London and South UK regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business by pursuing and securing new customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
  • Lead and strategize with pursuit teams to close deals and develop account plans
  • Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position Pure Storage solutions
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Present proposals and communicate the benefits of Pure Storage solutions effectively

Requirements

  • Experience with direct and indirect sales on London and South Commercial accounts, ideally with some experience of Hedge Funds and similar FSI accounts.
  • At least 2 years of full life cycle field sales experience.
  • Professional Business Level written and spoken English language skills.
  • Advanced prospecting skills required for engaging new customers.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently.
  • Strong drive for sales and relationship building, demonstrating sales passion.
  • Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Broad understanding of technology, particularly infrastructure, Data, and Security, and how it solves client needs.
