Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role involves generating high-quality sales pipelines through outbound and inbound lead qualification, strategic account research, and collaboration with sales teams to drive market penetration and opportunity development in the UK Commercial market for Pure's innovative data storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-value sales pipeline through outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound leads
- Conduct account research and territory planning to identify decision-makers and personalize outreach
- Support Account Executives by moving qualified prospects into active sales opportunities
- Utilize sales enablement tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn to track engagement and analyze performance
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in sales, with a consistent track record of results in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and penetrate net-new accounts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to articulate Pure s business value to multiple IT personas.
- Strong organisation and time management skills able to prioritise effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
- Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Staines-Upon-Thames office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
