We are looking for a Senior Go To Market Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent architect for our high-performing commercial organisation. Partnering directly with our Germany & Austria Country Manager and Sales Regional Leaders, you will own the full-cycle execution of our most critical commercial hires, collaborating closely with cross-functional people teams. Your mission is to systematically solve regional talent constraints and engineer a world-class candidate journey.
• Design and execute data-driven, full-cycle recruiting strategies for the Sales organization, partnering with business leaders to define role outcomes and success profiles that directly support Everpure’s growth.
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools, collaborating closely with the central sourcing team to engineer a seamless candidate experience that champions Everpure’s culture and values.
• Leverage funnel and market data to advise hiring teams, systematically identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in both the speed and quality of commercial hires.
• Champion internal mobility and referral programs by coaching managers and employees, while maintaining accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data to ensure compliance and clear reporting.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
• Full-Cycle TA & Market Expertise: Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German, paired with deep knowledge of the DACH talent landscape, local hiring legislation, and a proven track record advising commercial sales leaders.
• Strategic Advisory & Data Fluency: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders by leveraging market intelligence and funnel analytics to diagnose bottlenecks, shape hiring decisions, and set regional priorities.
• Advanced Sourcing & Closing: Expert knowledge of multi-channel sourcing strategies to build high-quality pipelines, coupled with a strong history of navigating complex sales compensation models through to successful close.
• Operational Discipline & Agility: Experience managing multiple high-bar sales requisitions simultaneously utilizing structured interview architectures and skills-based evaluation rubrics, without compromising the candidate experience.
