Job Description
This role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition processes, developing sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to attract and hire top talent in a fast-growing technology company focused on data storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business priorities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Build relationships with stakeholders and advise on market trends and talent availability
- Source, engage, and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for specialized roles
- Use recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes
- Create compelling job descriptions that communicate the employer brand
Requirements
- Six (6) years of recruiting experience, preferably in a product or technology-driven company.
- Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in a competitive market.
- Experience hiring across business, technical, or corporate functions.
- Strong recruiting expertise with a focus on quality, speed, and partnership.
- Ability to influence and guide hiring managers through the recruiting lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with comfort building relationships via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
- Strong direct sourcing skills and structured interviewing capability.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
