This role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition processes to recruit specialized technical and business roles in a fast-growing tech company, focusing on building strong relationships with stakeholders and sourcing top talent to support the company's growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business priorities
Manage end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to advise on market trends and talent availability
Source, engage, and maintain pipelines of technical candidates, including passive talent
Use recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency
Partner with HR and other departments to ensure smooth and timely hiring decisions
Requirements
Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in a competitive market.
Experience hiring for roles similar to Go-To-Market roles (sales, presales, CX) and G A functions (HR, Finance, IT).
Strong recruiting expertise with a focus on quality, speed, and partnership.
Ability to influence and guide business leaders through the recruiting lifecycle.
Solid ability to assess candidate fit beyond resumes.
Comfort building relationships via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions.
Strong direct sourcing skills and structured interviewing capability.
Experience owning end-to-end recruiting process, including intake alignment, sourcing strategy, screening, interview panel design, decision-making, offer strategy, and onboarding alignment.
Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for highly specialized and competitive technical talent.
Proficiency in developing and maintaining strong, diverse pipelines of technical candidates.
Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, and Interview Coordination to ensure smooth, timely hiring decisions.
Ability to act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders, developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
