Job Description
This role involves leading the strategic delivery and transformation of global partner programs and CPQ initiatives, managing complex technology projects, and driving Agile practices to enhance partner ecosystem performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic delivery and transformation of the Global Partner Program and CPQ initiatives
- Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of high-priority partner programs
- Drive the delivery of complex CPQ implementation projects ensuring alignment with sales strategies
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops across multiple Scrum teams to improve performance
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder communication and change management
- Develop and execute data-driven analytics strategies to monitor project health and impact
Requirements
- 8 years of program project management experience with a proven track record in successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level, and cross-functional technology projects.
- Experience in Global Partner Program solutions and CPQ implementation or similar revenue-facing systems.
- Experience with Customer experience systems, such as ServiceNow (SNOW), is highly relevant.
- Proven expertise as a skilled Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams, with deep knowledge of Agile principles.
- Hands-on experience successfully navigating and delivering complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies.
- A proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear messages across a broad range of audiences.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to lead and coach teams for high performance in an Agile environment.
- Ability to proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course.
- Experience engaging with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and implement change management strategies for successful project adoption.
- Ability to develop and execute a data-informed analytics strategy across multiple projects and programs, ensuring solutions' health, impact, and sustainability based on key business metrics.
- Willingness to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
