Job Description
The role involves leading and managing IT go-to-market initiatives, particularly focusing on the implementation and optimization of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage project resources to maximize productivity
- Ensure quality of deliverables and foster continuous improvement
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress
- Develop and implement change management strategies
- Lead and mentor project teams, delegating tasks and fostering collaboration
- Develop and execute analytics strategies across projects
- Apply Agile principles and practices, including managing Scrum teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of program project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
- 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on Partner Program and EDI implementation or similar systems.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
- Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
- Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
- Team player who values cooperation and leadership.
