The role involves leading and managing IT go-to-market initiatives, particularly focusing on the implementation and optimization of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems, utilizing agile methodologies to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
Manage project resources to maximize productivity
Ensure quality of deliverables and foster continuous improvement
Identify and mitigate project risks
Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress
Develop and implement change management strategies
Lead and mentor project teams, delegating tasks and fostering collaboration
Develop and execute analytics strategies across projects
Apply Agile principles and practices, including managing Scrum teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8 years of program project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
5 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on Partner Program and EDI implementation or similar systems.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies.
Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
Team player who values cooperation and leadership.
