Product Manager, File

FlashArray File is at a pivotal inflection point, transitioning from a supplemental NAS capability into Everpure’s primary enterprise file storage platform competing directly with industry incumbents like NetApp and Dell. As Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the global business and go-to-market (GTM) strategy that turns technical innovation into market share and enterprise revenue growth. In this high-visibility role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Engineering to build competitive playbooks and establish our market narrative.

• Enterprise Storage Expertise: In-depth understanding of the file and NAS storage market, including NFS/SMB protocols, enterprise workload requirements, and key competitive dynamics.
• Proven Go-to-Market Ownership: Demonstrated track record of leading product launches, competitive positioning, analyst relations, and sales enablement initiatives within enterprise IT or data infrastructure.
• Strategic Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical architecture into clear, value-driven business narratives for executives, analysts, field teams, and Fortune 500 customers.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Mastery in aligning cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering—to drive business outcomes and strategic alignment without direct authority.
• Workplace Expectation: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

• Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
