Job Description
This role involves leading the transformation and automation of global Order Management processes, driving process improvements using AI and RPA, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient global Order Management processes.
- Drive automation and process improvements using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, EDI, AI RPA, and other automation tools.
- Collaborate with business owners to document, maintain, and improve the global OM service catalog, policies, and workflows.
- Coach and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders through transformational change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key process metrics to assess process health and progress, providing updates to executive leadership.
- Partner with IT teams to define system requirements, support system enhancements, and assist with ERP implementation efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Order Management, Global Operations, or Process Optimization with proven experience implementing order automation, EDI, or AI-enabled workflow tools.
- A Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is required, with Green Belt or higher certification preferred.
- Strong experience with Business Process Management (BPM), process design mapping, cross-functional project management, and utilizing ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive large-scale transformation across diverse teams, and articulate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
